Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. All goods need to be returned in their Buggy original packaging, including plastic wrap and Buggy Bag or gift with receipt. If such goods are not returned in the complete, original packaging, a refund or exchange may not be issued.

Returns Responsibility Policy
All returns must be arranged at your own cost. In this instance, the goods will remain your responsibility until accepted at our place of business. If such goods are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged in transit, it is your responsibility and the Company will not reimburse you for any costs or fees associated with the transportation. We recommend using a carrier service that provides a tracking of the goods.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returning Damaged Goods - All Returns Must Be Unused
Returned goods that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All returned goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The determination of whether the goods are damaged, worn or altered will be made by the Company.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once the goods have been collected and returned in their original condition, we will provide a refund to the original card used for payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that our pieces are handmade and slight imperfections are to be expected, and such imperfections do not qualify as faulty or damaged. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Shipping
International shipping fees will be based on weight and distance and will be calculated during checkout.
If you are purchasing from our website and shipping outside of the U.S., you will encounter a customs or duty fee. This fee will be dependent on your country and is not under the control of Buggy. Buggy is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international or domestic shipments.
International Shipping Returns
Please understand that due to the complexity of taxes and duties paid for international shipments, as well as high shipping costs, we do not offer returns or exchanges from outside the United States.
